Former Personal Announcer for Shawn Michaels (HBK) and the Texas Wrestling Alliance, RCW's original announcer and "Voice." Has done work with WWE, TNA superstars over the last 2 decades. Worked on three different radio stations (Georgia, Germany, San Antonio). In addition to his announcing work, Ray The Voice occasionally managed, such as The Hardbodies, The Natural Athletes and a few others.

Ray The Voice has been one of the most loyal members of RCW. However, his loyalty was questioned in the summer of 2009 when he accepted Joe Reinagel's bounty on Brandon Oliver (although Reinagel never paid Ray), helping Reinagel's group handcuff Oliver to the ropes, beating him down and even stapling Oliver's chest. Ray had an epiphany though and realized that River City Wrestling needed to come back instead of Reinagel Championship Wrestling, and spearheaded the roster into bringing River City Wrestling back.
